Pager Recognized as Quarterfinalist for UCSF Health Hub’s 2022 Digital Health Awards

UCSF Health Hub has honored Pager with the distinction of quarterfinalist for their fourth annual Digital Health Awards in the Consumer Wellness category. These prestigious awards champion innovative health companies that are committed to improving healthcare by leveraging technology. Pager is one of a handful of select companies out of 1,250+ to be acknowledged as a quarterfinalist.

Launched in 2019, the UCSF Digital Health Awards are voted on by experts that span across the digital healthcare ecosystem: industry, investors, analysts, and academia. Pager’s work has been recognized as a “Best in Class” quarterfinalist in the Consumer Wellness category, which highlights digital health solutions or products that empower consumers to claim more autonomy over their own wellness, while also lowering healthcare costs.

Companies are evaluated on product differentiation, validation and credibility, and market traction. In order to receive consideration for the award, Pager submitted its product demo video, which showcases its “doctor in the family” experience that gets consumers to the right care, in the right place, at the right time, all made possible by the unique high-tech and high-touch solutions we deploy in the consumer’s channel of choice.

“We are honored to be recognized by UCSF for their Digital Health Award,” said Nick D’Addezio, Pager’s Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.  “At Pager we are committed to transforming member health and well-being from ‘one-size fits all’ applications to guided and personalized care journeys that result in higher satisfaction, better clinical outcomes, and lower costs.”

Previous winners in the Consumer Wellness category include Earlens Corporation for their work with hearing loss, Oura for their advancement of sleep improvement, and Butterfly, whose mission is to make medical imaging accessible worldwide.

Finalist award winners will be presented at the HLTH conference on November 14th in Las Vegas.
